Your brand in AI: a plan for the first 30 days
Start with observation, not a promise of first place. This plan helps you organise your knowledge and design a measurable experiment.
Week 1. Establish a baseline
Collect 15–20 questions potential customers ask before buying. Include needs, comparisons and supplier selection. For your chosen tools, record the date, exact question, answer, brand mentions and cited sources. Repeat measurements: a single answer isn't a fixed ranking.
Week 2. Organise the information
Check that the company name, offer, contact details and scope of business are consistent across available sources. Resolve contradictions. Add information about authors and experience. Verify access to key pages and the clarity of the content.
Week 3. Create a useful source
Choose a topic close to your expertise. Create a resource with a specific answer, your own examples, a method and an update date. Clearly separate facts, interpretations and limitations. Don't invent figures or experts just to look credible.
Week 4. Review and plan the next test
Repeat your baseline questions under conditions that are as comparable as possible. Record changes without automatically attributing them to one publication. Assess the accuracy of brand information and usefulness of cited sources. Decide what to monitor next.
What to put in your observation sheet
Date · tool and available model · exact question · brand mention · cited source URL · answer accuracy · screenshot or record · notes. Separate branded questions from general questions.
How to interpret the results
This is a work plan, not a guarantee of citations. Answers may depend on the system, version, context and time. Use multiple observations and business data; avoid drawing conclusions from a single example.
